SHIPPING & DELIVERY


ORDER PROCESSING
Each order is processed pending product availability. Orders placed on a weekday before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays contributed by factors such as payment authorization, stock availability, courier delays or customs interference.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

PARS UNUM ships directly to addresses within the US and is pleased to offer complimentary USPS Priority shipping on all US orders. Upon shipment, USPS couriers can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to deliver the parcel. For questions regarding shipping or if you require special arrangements, please email office@parsunum.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

PARS UNUM is proud to offer express international shipping worldwide. 
Shipping is provided at a flat fee of $20 per order.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

In the event that a shipment is refused, the customer shall remain responsible for all original and return shipping fees.

RETURN POLICY

Any item(s) the customer wishes to return must be postmarked and shipped within 14 days of receipt. Please email office@parsunum.com with subject line "Return Request". If an exchange of item(s) is desired, please return the original item before completing a new purchase via our online store.

Only items received in their original condition will be accepted for return. All items must be returned in perfect condition, not used and with all original packaging and tags included. Items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. Customs or any additional fees associated with return of product will not be covered, and if incurred by PARS UNUM will be deduced from the total refund amount due.

PARS UNUM does not accept returns on any items purchased from an external retailer other than parsunum.com. Although we are available to answer any questions regarding our products, we are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits or refunds for any product purchased outside of parsunum.com.

GUARANTEE

If an item received is classified as faulty and/or was received damaged, it must be returned within 14 days. For any concerns past this time period, please contact office@parsunum.com.

REFUNDS

All returns of full-price items shipped back within the 14-day time period in their original condition will be refunded to the original form of payment. Discounted merchandise is not eligible for returns. Please allow up to 14 days from the time of return receipt for your refund to be processed. Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to return or exchange your PARS UNUM gift, please contact office@parsunum.com.

DISCLAIMER

PARS UNUM reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with conditions above. If your return package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund cannot be granted.
